    The Envirothane 200 White Urethane Topcoat is a premium opaque white finish that delivers the look and feel of a conventional solvent-based varnish — without the harmful solvents. This waterborne urethane offers outstanding flexibility, durability, and color consistency, making it the professional standard for white cabinet and furniture finishing.

    1. Opaque white waterborne urethane — no harmful solvents, conventional varnish appearance
    2. 1K or 2K — use as single-component or catalyze with CAT100-LV for demanding environments; crosslink with CAT150 for improved chemical and mar resistance
    3. Tintable to any off-white or pastel colour
    4. Sheen range: Dead Flat (5), Flat (10), Low Gloss (20), Satin (30), Semi-Gloss (50), High Gloss (90)
    5. Excellent levelling and anti-sag properties for vertical applications
    6. Low VOC — 88 g/L (0.73 lb/gal)
    7. Available in gallon and 5-gallon sizes

  • The Envirothane 200 is the preferred white topcoat for kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, furniture, and interior millwork. Its opaque white formulation provides a consistent, high-quality finish on wood, MDF, and primed substrates in both production shops and on-site finishing environments.

    1. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities — use 2K for maximum chemical resistance
    2. Custom furniture and interior millwork requiring a clean white finish
    3. MDF and wood substrate finishing in production environments
    4. Vertical applications — excellent anti-sag properties for doors and panels
    5. High-use surfaces: kitchens and baths when used as a 1K or 2K product
    6. Apply by spray (Air Assisted Airless, Airless, HVLP Turbine, Cup Gun) or brush/roll
    7. Wet film build: 4–6 mils | 1–2 coats | Dry to sand: 2 hours; Dry to recoat: 4 hours (1K)
