Returns for Other Reasons:

- If you wish to return a product for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact our customer service department at returns@colorhouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

- The returned product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@colorhouse.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
  3. Carefully package the product to prevent damage during return transit.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
