Thank you for choosing The Color House for your painting needs. Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of our products within the United States.

Order Processing:

- All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

- Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipments.

Delivery Time:

- Additional transit days may be required for order delivery.

- In cases where a significant shipment delay is anticipated, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Address:

- To ensure successful shipment of your products, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

- We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O/F.P.O. addresses.

Special Requests:

- If you have specific delivery requests, such as leaving the product outside your location, please be aware that this is subject to the discretion of the delivery person. You may want to consult with the carrier for additional information.

Weather Delays:

- During adverse weather conditions, shipments may experience delays to protect the quality of our products.

- If you anticipate being unable to retrieve your paint within 8 hours of delivery during extreme weather, we recommend redirecting your package to a location where the product can be protected.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs & Taxes:

- Please note that The Color House is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

- Any fees or charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.

Damages:

- The Color House is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during the shipping process.

- If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us to initiate a claim process. We kindly request that you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Refer to our Return Policy below for further details.

Return Policy:

- While most paints are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, we understand that exceptions may arise.

- If your product arrives damaged, we will work with you to provide a full refund or exchange.

- If you are unsatisfied with your paint for any reason, please reach out to our customer service department, and we will do our best to assist you.

- Painting supplies must be returned within 30 days, in their original, unused, and unopened packaging.
