The Color House Showcases The Cranston Arts Commission

The Color House paints in use in this project by artist Kyle Machado. Kyle worked on the Cranston Arts Commission Bright Box Project and transformed an electrical box at Ward 6, which is located on Sockanosset Cross Road, near the Whole Foods. The Arts Commission is continuing its efforts to bring public art to the city of Cranston. Kyle was one of 6 artists selected to paint these utility boxes around Cranston, with the goal of the project being to unify the city by exploring its artistic community, elevating the visibility of those talented folks, and enriching the ‘Cranston Experience’ of all of those who live and pass through this great city. These original works will become property of the City of Cranston.
